PATERSON, New Jersey (WABC) -- Rapper Fetty Wap is apologizing for shooting his latest video inside his Alma Mater, Eastside High School in New Jersey without district permission.
Fetty Wap, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, came to the Paterson Board of Education meeting and said he didn't mean to disrespect anybody. The video's themes did leave some officials uncomfortable.
Fetty Wap and more than 100 residents want Principal Zatiti Moody reinstated. Moody was placed on leave while the district investigates how the video was filmed at the school without his knowledge.
