Woman walking in Morningside Park swings at suspect who lifts her skirt, exposes self

MORNINGSIDE PARK, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police are investigating after a woman said she was sexually attacked by someone who exposed himself to her.

Around 7:40 p.m. on May 26, a 38-year-old woman was walking inside Morningside Park between West 120th Street and West 123rd Street when the suspect approached her from behind, lifted up her skirt and exposed himself. The victim swung at him and he fled.

He is described as a Hispanic man who is about 18- to 25-years-old, 6 feet tall and 180 pounds, with a light complexion, hazel eyes and a slender build. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, white sneakers and gray sweat pants.
