Restaurateur Chef Jairo de la Paz joined us in our studio to talk about his restaurant, Marcha Cocina Bar.

He brought tapas and prepared gazpacho soup for us.

There are two Marcha Cocina locations, one in Washington Heights at 4055 Broadway (171st Street), and the other in the East Village at 111 Avenue C.
