Krispy Kreme releases key lime, pineapple and strawberry doughnuts for summer

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Summer is almost here and Krispy Kreme is celebrating with three new fruit-inspired doughnuts.

Starting May 6, the chain will sell key lime, strawberry and pineapple doughnuts.

The summer fruit collection will be sold at participating locations until June 16.
