Motorcyclist critical after crashing into car in Brooklyn

HIGHLAND PARK (WABC) -- A motorcyclist is in critical condition after colliding with a car in Brooklyn early Monday.

The incident happened just before 6 a.m. at the intersection of Jamaica Avenue and Barbey Street in the Highland Park section.

The motorcyclist was rushed to Brookdale Hospital. The severity of his injuries is not known.

There is no word on the condition of the driver of the car.

The accident investigation is ongoing.
