LAKEWOOD, N.J. (WABC) -- A dashcam video helped police find a suspect accused of going around a stopped school bus.

According to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, a driver's dashcam video shows the driver of a green Ford F-150 pick-up truck at East County Line Road and Apple Street at around 7:23 a.m. Thursday passing a stopped school bus over a double yellow line.

At the time, the school bus had its red lights on and was taking on passengers. The driver, Alfonso D. Rodriguez-Rojas, 36, of Lakewood, was issued a summons for reckless driving, improper passing, passing a stopped school bus, and driving with a suspended drivers license.

He is scheduled to appear in court June 11.
