NEW BRIGHTON, Staten Island (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man caught on camera robbing a Staten Island Chinese restaurant of ... pocket change

Around 10 p.m. Wednesday, the suspect went into the Lucky Garden 2 Restaurant on Lafayette Avenue.

According to the New York City Police Department, he walked around the counter, pretending to have a handgun in his waistband. The suspect demanded money from the register, and the employee complied.

Surveillance video shows him grabbing change over the counter.

The suspect fled on foot on Lafayette Avenue, police said.

No injuries were reported.

The individual is described as a black man, about 24- to 28-years-old, with a medium complexion, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a dark hat and white sneakers.
