YONKERS (WABC) -- A shooting in Westchester County last month is now a homicide case.

Michael Nolan was shot on September 18th while standing in a Burger King parking lot in Yonkers.

The 23-year-old remains on life support in the Bronx, but Friday night his organs are being prepared to be donated.

It's still not clear what the motive was, but police say it may have been over a drag-racing feud.

Nolan was a 2014 draft pick for the Oakland Athletics.

So far, there are no arrests.
