Police searching for missing Yonkers teenager with autism

YONKERS (WABC) -- A search is underway for a teenager with autism who went missing from his home in Westchester County.

18-year old Christian Santos was last seen Thursday morning at his home on Morsemere Avenue in Yonkers.

Police say Christian can speak, however they fear he may wander towards a body of water, a common fixation for people with autism.

Christian is 5'5", 130 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, khaki pants, blue sneakers and a stainless steel chain with a black cross.

He may be traveling by train to Grand Central Terminal or towards water at an unknown location, police say.
