MONTCLAIR, N.J. (WABC) -- A newly-hired restaurant manager in New Jersey was arrested after a child found a camera that was recording patrons in the restroom.
The camera was discovered Friday night at Manny's Diner on Church Street in Montclair.
Police said a child spotted a cellphone hidden under the bathroom sink and pointed it out to a parent. According to detectives, the phone was being used to record video.
The manager, Konstanti Mouritsas, 33, of Sayreville, was arrested and charged with invasion of privacy.
Police said Mouritsas had only been working at the restaurant for three weeks.
