A reporter in Wisconsin proposed to his girlfriend in a very public way...during an on-air report!

"You made me promise not to propose to you on a Jumbo-Tron, but you didn't say anything about live TV," he told her, prefacing his proposal.

After saying yes, the bride-to-be is heard jokingly telling her new fiance that she hates him.

The reporter then tossed back to the news anchors on set, who wipe away tears.
