L.L. Cool J's son Najee Smith arrested in Meatpacking District

NEW YORK (WABC) -- L.L. Cool J's son was arrested in the Meatpacking District overnight Monday into Tuesday.

Najee Smith, 26, was charged with criminal trespass at 21 Ninth Avenue, near the intersection with West 13th Street.

Smith was arrested following a disturbance inside Catch on Ninth Avenue at around 3:15 a.m.

He was escorted out of the restaurant, and when he tried to reenter, he was charged.
