Woman stabbed in neck with hypodermic needle in Manhattan bank

MIDTOWN, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police have made an arrest after a woman was stabbed in the neck with a hypodermic needle inside a bank in Manhattan.

The stabbing happened at Citibank on West 32nd Street around 6:30 p.m. on July 12th.

On Saturday, police arrested Boyd Taylor, 32. Officials believe he is homeless.

Authorities say the woman went to the hospital for treatment, but it was unclear if there was anything inside the needle.
