NEW YORK (WABC) -- There is a potential break in the deadly shooting of an aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Tuesday night, the NYPD released a photo of a man they want to question about the shooting in September.

It happened before the West Indian Day Parade.

Police say 43-year-old Carey Gabay was shot as several gunmen were firing on each other.

So far, there are no arrests in the case.
