Flight heading to JFK from Milan diverted due to shattered windshield

A flight from Milan that was headed to JFK Airport was diverted because of a shattered windshield.

The plane was diverted to London Heathrow Airport on Saturday morning. Everyone on board the plane was ticketed on other flights.

Crews are still investigating what cracked the windshield.
