Wedding guests charged months after shooting at Waldorf-Astoria

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There are new details in a shooting at the Waldorf-Astoria.

After a six-month investigation, two wedding guests have been arraigned on charges for the June incident.

Vladmir Gotlibovsky faces charges including illegal weapons possession and evidence tampering.

Police say his gun accidentally went off in his pocket

The bullet grazed a woman's head and shrapnel injured two other people.

His brother Felix is charged with trying to help cover up what happened.
