NEW YORK (WABC) -- Number 7 train service is running with extensive delays between Queens and Manhattan in both directions because of a broken rail at Hunters Point Avenue.

Service was suspended Monday morning between 34th Street Hudson Yards and Queensboro Plaza.

Manhattan-bound number 7 service has resumed with a slow speed restriction, but express service remains suspended between Mets-Willets Point and Queensboro Plaza.

Customers are advised to take the E, F, M, N, and R instead.
