JERSEY CITY, New Jersey (WABC) -- Crews rescued a worker from the roof of a temple in Jersey City Wednesday afternoon.

The worker had become injured during construction that was taking place on the roof of Temple Beth-El at John F. Kennedy Boulevard and Harrison Avenue.

The Jersey City Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene and had to perform a high-angle rescue.
