OHIO -- An Ohio man is giving power to the people and letting the internet take control of his Christmas light display.

Grand parades of flashing light and perfectly choreographed Christmas cheer are all the craze this time of year. Holiday decorators rigging displays to blink in sync with Katy Perry, or even one of your favorite carols.

But one Christmas light enthusiast in Ohio is turning over the controls to his holiday display to anyone with an internet connection.

"It was wonderful for people driving by, but now people from all over the world can do the same thing," Tom Hammond said.

Hammond is connecting thousands of Christmas lights to a website where just the touch of a button will set in motion any one of these pre-set animations. And next year, Hammond hopes to add music.
