New NYC 'snowfort penthouse' listed on Airbnb

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's a brand new New York City penthouse that's been listed on Airbnb, but this one is guaranteed not to last.

That's because it's made out of snow!

ABC News producer Michael Koenigs built a snowfort penthouse after this week's nor'easter and decided to put it on Airbnb.

"This comfy snowfort is built to impress with its very own tunnel entrance, breakfast chair, and couch for sleeping (bring your own blankets--BYOB)", he said, adding the offer is only available for a limited time because it will melt.

Michael said the 5 foot tall snow wall "offers some privacy from the prying eyes of nosy New Yorkers".

Of course, hot chocolate will be included.
