2 women sought in Queens mugging of other woman

ASTORIA, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police are looking for two women they suspect in a mugging in Queens.

At noon on Dec. 2, a 44-year-old woman walking on 44th Street was approached from behind by two women. According to the New York City Police Department, the suspects pushed her down and took her purse which had her credit cards and keys inside, then fled.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital where she was treated for cuts on her head.
