NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (WABC) -- Talk about an unusual way to pay for college.
Hundreds of cash-strapped young women in New Jersey are apparently hunting for and finding so-called "sugar daddies" to help pay their tuition.
More than 300 Rutgers University co-eds are registered on a website called SeekingArrangement.com.
It's designed to match struggling young women with wealthy benefactors for a "mutually beneficial" arrangement.
"It didn't specify whether or not they wanted money. It just said that they are not a call girl or a prostitute and if that's what you are looking for...some girls say they don't even want a sexual relation, they just want someone to mentor them," said Paul Eliacin, a website member.
One of the perks touted on the website is that "unpaid bills no longer have to be a concern".
