Person in custody in groping of 11-year-old, 14-year-old in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police have taken someone into custody in connection with the groping of two girls in Brooklyn.

No one has been charged in the case.

At 3 p.m. March 4, an 11-year-old girl was walking in the 600 block of Duryea Court when the suspect walked up to her, grabbed her crotch and fled.

Then, around 7:30 a.m. March 10, a 14-year-old girl was walking in the 1600 block of 66th Street when the suspect came up to her, grabbed her thigh and fled.

The suspect is described as a 25-year-old Hispanic man, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.
