SUV slams into home on Long Island, narrowly missing family

An SUV crashed into a home in Suffolk County Wednesday night, narrowly missing a family inside.

The driver was backing out of the driveway of a home in Mount Sinai when she lost control and slammed into the house next door.

Three people were inside the home, but were not hurt.

The 48-year old driver was charged with reckless driving.
