Remains found in duffel bag in Queens identified

FAR ROCKAWAY (WABC) -- Police have identified human remains found inside a duffel bag that was left along the shoreline in Queens.

The gruesome discovery was made March 30 on Gipson Street in Far Rockaway. On Friday, police said the deceased is Westerley Osson, 26, address unknown.

The Medical Examiner has deemed the cause of death a homicide, and the investigation is ongoing.
