Metro-North track work in New Castle over the weekend

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. (WABC) -- There is some much needed repair work to Metro-North tracks in Westchester County being done this weekend.

Department of Transportation workers are upgrading tracks on Roaring Brook Road in the town of New Castle.

The road will be closed from now until late Sunday afternoon.

The improvements are to make the crossing safer and include repaving and adding new signage.
