NEW YORK (WABC) -- The bride whose wedding was interrupted due to gunfire plans to sue the Waldorf Astoria.

Anna Goldschmidt's lawyer says she plans to sue the hotel for the cost of the wedding, and for the emotional harm of having the event destroyed. A second suit is also being considered against the gunman.

The gun, carried by guest Vladimir Gotlibovsky went off before the ceremony at the hotel. The couple was allowed to get married, but the reception was canceled.

No charges have been filed against the gun owner.
