Teen dead, 1 hurt in Harlem double shooting

NEW YORK -- The NYPD is investigating a shooting that killed one person and injured another.

It happened around 10:45 p.m. Monday at the Polo Ground Houses in Manhattan.

Police say they found Jordan Barber unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the neck. The 18-year-old was taken to Harlem Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A 19-year-old man was shot in the thigh and is in stable condition.

There have been no arrests.
