Gunman sought after East Orange shooting leaves 1 dead, 3 wounded

EAST ORANGE (WABC) -- Police are investigating a shooting in East Orange Sunday night that left one man dead and three others wounded.

According to the Essex County Prosecutor, officers responded to the 200 block of South Clinton Street shortly before 11:30 p.m. and found the four victims, who were all taken to University Hospital in Newark.

One man, identified as Ahmad M. Crudup, age 22, of Maplewood, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The other three victims, all in their early 20's, were treated for non-life threatening wounds.
