"Soccer Mom Madam" in legal trouble after picture shows her allegedly posing with gun

UPPER EAST SIDE (WABC) -- The "Soccer Mom Madam" is in legal trouble after a picture surfaced allegedly showing her posing with a gun.

Anna Gristina pleaded guilty in 2012 to running a high-end prostitution operation on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

If she had a gun, that would be a violation of the terms of her probation. Her lawyer says it is unclear if the object she is holding is, in fact a gun.

Gristina remains free, with a court date next month.
