At least 2 hurt after accident involving school bus and ambulance in Brooklyn

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Two people are injured after accident involving a school bus and an ambulance in Brooklyn.

The accident occurred around 6:30 a.m. on the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights.

The ambulance suffered severe damage, and is on the island of the roadway.

The school bus suffered minor damage, and has already left the scene. There were no injuries reported on the bus.

The two victims were been taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

Westbound Atlantic Ave towards the Barclays Center was shut down.
