Customer finds cell phone camera in restroom
The phone was recording in the women's restroom of a Houston restaurant

HOUSTON -- A Sunday night dinner, part of Houston's Restaurants Week, ended with a disturbing find at the Mockingbird Bistro. A patron claimed she found a cell phone camera recording her using a restroom inside the upscale establishment. She told Eyewitness News she looked up and saw the phone wedged inside ceiling tiles. She grabbed it, ran out, told management, and called Houston police.

Restaurant owner and executive chef John Sheely told us by phone that he's disturbed, outraged and saddened by the find. He said the phone belonged to an employee. Sheely identified the former worker as Gerardo Andrade.

The patron explained she turned the phone over to HPD. Andrade was cuffed and taken away Sunday evening.

On Monday, Andrade remained in a jail. He faced an "improper photography/visual recording" charge. His bond was sat at $52,000.
