Police in Radnor, Pa. say they have arrested a man who secretly recorded dozens of women and girls in among other places store dressing rooms and in their homes.

RADNOR, Pa. -- Police in Radnor, Pa. say they have arrested a man who secretly recorded dozens of women and girls in places such as store dressing rooms and their homes.

Sean Moses, 37, of the 700 block of Broad Acres Road in Penn Valley, Pa., is charged with more than 80 counts of invasion of privacy and one count of child pornography.

"86 separate accounts of invasion of privacy, 18 counts of loitering and prowling at night," Radnor Police Superintendent Bill Colarulo said.

However, police note, additional charges of child pornography could be added as the investigation continues.

Radnor police called it one of the largest invasion of privacy cases in recent memory.

In a news conference on Monday, police say the investigation began in September 2014 when college women, getting undressed in their Bryn Mawr home, saw a light through a window.

They looked to find a man recording them with a cell phone. The man, who police allege was Moses, took off running.

The video was posted online, and police eventually found it on an internet porn site. The IP address was obtained by a court order and police served a search warrant at Moses' home in January.

Police say he lived at the home with his girlfriend and his 6-year-old daughter.

Police say they went through great pains to have the videos removed from porn websites.

"Mr. Moses had such a following on the internet that even though these videos were removed, his fans are reposting these same videos as a tribute to Mr. Moses," Colarulo said.

During the search, police say they found two computers and three cell phones and each device had video evidence.

As the investigation unfolded, police say they discovered many other incidents.

Police say Moses would record some victims inside clothing stores in the King of Prussia Mall. The stores he picked would have unisex dressing rooms, police say, and Moses would record the victims from under the barrier.

Additionally, investigators said they found numerous still shots of young girls in bathing suits and suggestive clothing. Police are trying to learn if they were family members or friends of the family to see if they had been victimized in any other way.

Investigators say many unidentified victims remain.

13 years ago Villanova University banned him from the campus after he was allegedly caught secretly videotaping girls at the swimming pool.

Police say he also did the same on the boardwalk and beaches of Ocean City, N.J. Additionally, police also accuse him of secretly taping his sex partners and posting those videos online.
