HARLEM (WABC) -- There's a call for a "National Day of Justice" by the father of an unarmed black man shot by police in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Reverend Joey Crutcher said his son Terence held up his hands in the air before he was shot, just like he told him to do when pulled over by police.

Wednesday, Mr. Crutcher appeared with Rev. Al Sharpton in Harlem and called for charges to be brought against the female cop.
