Firefighters battle fire on roof of Chelsea apartment building

CHELSEA, Manhattan (WABC) -- A fire in Chelsea sent smoke rising through the neighborhood on Sunday

The fire broke out at 5:18 p.m. at the 5-story residential building on 428 West 23rd Street.
