Gas station attendant in New Jersey attacked with large wrench in video

SUMMIT, New Jersey (WABC) -- Police in Summit, New Jersey have released video of a vicious attack on a gas station attendant as they search for the suspect.

The video shows the suspect striking the attendant several times in the back of his head with a large wrench.

The suspect then removed cash from the register and fled.

It happened on Sunday evening at a Shell Gas Station.

The attendant was treated for a cut to his forehead.
