Lisa Colagrossi posthumously honored in Westchester County

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON (WABC) -- Eyewitness News reporter Lisa Colagrossi was posthumously honored for her support of young people in Westchester County.

Lisa passed away in March after suffering a brain aneurysm.

On Saturday morning, Lisa's husband and sons accepted an award from the "Enrico Fermi Foundation" on her behalf. For more than a decade, Lisa worked with the group that provides scholarships to promising students.

News anchor Ken Rosato also paid tribute to Lisa, who had been scheduled to host the event.
