Venomous snake bites man in Hell's Kitchen

HELL'S KITCHEN, Manhattan (WABC) -- A man was bitten by a venomous snake in Manhattan Saturday morning.

Around 5:15 a.m., emergency workers responded to a 911 call about a snake bite at 421 W. 45th St. in Hell's Kitchen.

A man in his 60s had been bitten on the foot in a fifth-floor apartment.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.

His condition is unknown.
