Man hit by Coca-Cola truck on Upper East Side

UPPER EAST SIDE (WABC) -- A pedestrian is in critical condition after he was struck by a delivery truck on the Upper East Side.

Police say the Coca-Cola truck was turning from East 96th street onto Third Avenue when it hit the man, who's in his 70s.

It happened at around 1:30 Friday afternoon

The truck's driver has not been charged.
