Raymond is described as a black male in his mid-60s, around 6 feet tall with a short afro. He also has gray hair on his chin.

Detectives say he was wearing a buttoned-up beige shirt with a rip on the lower right half of the shirt. He has an injury to the upper left area of his back.

Raymond is known to ride a bicycle or to take the METRO bus, and hangs around Cullen and West Bellfort, in addition to the Sunnyside area.
