Washington Heights stabbing leaves man injured

A man was stabbed in front of a Washington Heights restaurant Thursday morning.

The man was cut numerous times on his neck and torso on St. Nicholas Avenue just after 5 a.m.

He was taken to Harlem Hospital in critical condition.

Another man was taken into custody and charges are pending.

A knife was recovered at the scene.

The case is under investigation.
