CLARK, N.J. -- Investigators are seeking the public's help in the unsolved murder an elderly woman whose body was found fatally stabbed two years ago in her northern New Jersey home.

The Union County prosecutor's office says they are seeking information in the death of 73-year-old Vera Pecoraro, which has been classified as a homicide.

Her body was found July 7, 2012, inside her home in Clark by one of her sons. Police say there were no signs of forced entry, and they believe she was targeted.

Prosecutors are urging members of the public to come forward with any information or try to remember anything unusual they may have witnessed.

An anonymous donor has offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
