Video showing toddler allegedly smoking marijuana under investigation, police say

CHICAGO -- Chicago Police are investigating the origins of a video that appears to show a toddler smoking marijuana.

The video, which was posted on social media, shows the child puffing on a blunt in his mouth. A man is heard in the background encouraging him to smoke.

Detectives are trying to figure out if the video is real and if it's from the Chicago area.

DCFS and the Illinois State Attorney General are also investigating.
