FORT LEE, New Jersey (WABC) -- Police are investigating a possible abduction that caused some problems on the George Washington Bridge Thursday morning.

Port Authority police pulled over a vehicle on the bridge that was included in a law enforcement notification, and removed a male victim with a laceration on his leg. He was taken to the hospital.

Two male suspects were then taken into custody. Police said they found a loaded handgun in their car.

The bridge was shut down for about 20 minutes.
