Queens man accused of DWI with kids in car on Long Island

VALLEY STREAM (WABC) -- A Queens man facing felony charges, accused of driving drunk with children in his car.

Police say 40-year-old Christian Bisono was arrested just before 4 a.m. Sunday on North Central Avenue in Valley Stream on Long Island. He was pulled over after officers reportedly saw him driving erratically.

When they approached the vehicle, they discovered a 10-year-old boy and 8-year-old girl inside.

It's not clear if Bisono and the children are related.

He is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony under Leadra's Law, as well as endangering the welfare of a child and other charges.
