NYPD searching for suspect who grabbed bag with $20,000 from SUV

Police are searching for the man suspected of snatching a bag filled with $20,000 from an SUV in the Bronx.

The NYPD released a picture of the suspect, who has been on the run since July 24th.

Police say the victim left the Ford Explorer unlocked in front of a bodega at Webster Avenue and East 176th Street in Mount Hope.

The suspect took off in a minivan, which authorities believe was a Honda Odyssey.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
