LONG BEACH (WABC) -- Beachgoers on Long Island found themselves up close and personal with several sharks on Sunday.
A fisherman on Long Beach intended to catch a sea bass or fluke, but instead he ended up catching four or five sharks.
Courtney Blount
Each time, he says it took him about ten minutes to reel the big fish in.
Each shark was released back into the ocean.
