Shooting at Riverside Park in Manhattan leaves 2 19-year olds wounded

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Two teenagers are recovering after being shot in Riverside Park in Manhattan.

The shooting happened just before 1 a.m. Sunday near 158th Street.

Part of the West Side Highway was shut down in both directions as police searched the area.

The victims, a 19-year old woman and a 19-year old man, are both seriously hurt after being shot in the leg but are expected to survive.

No arrests have been made.
