Man stabbed in Bronx subway station after dispute

CONCOURSE, Bronx (WABC) -- Police are still looking for a man who they said stabbed another man at a Bronx subway station on Friday night.

Around 10 p.m., at the 167th Street and River Avenue station in the Concourse section, a dispute with another man triggered the attack.

The 39-year-old victim was stabbed in his stomach on the mezzanine level of the station, near the MetroCard machines.

He was taken to Lincoln Hospital where he is serious but stable.

So far, there are no arrests.

The suspect is described as a 5 feet 9 inches man wearing a gray jacket.
