LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police have arrested a man in connection with the rape and robbery of a jogger on the Lower East Side.

28-year-old Paul Niles surrendered to police on Saturday, one day after authorities identified him as a suspect. Niles is charged with rape, robbery and identity theft.

A 26-year-old jogger was dragged by her hair into the amphitheater at East River Park on Wednesday, where she was raped and robbed.

Now, police say a second victim has come forward. A 56-year-old woman says earlier that evening, Niles grabbed her buttocks near the park, then fled on a bicycle.
